Credit card referral: extra cash back
At the time of last verification, a credit card referral promotion effective October 2, 2026 gave the referrer and the new cardholder 3% extra cash back on top of the card's standard rate for 30 days, on the first $10,000 of net purchases. The card had to stay open 180 days after the boost period. This is separate from the $25 account referral, and eligibility is set by Wealthsimple. Monthly Millionaire referral entries
At the time of last verification, each qualifying referral could earn contest entries in Wealthsimple's Monthly Millionaire contest, in addition to the normal referral bonus when that also qualifies. 1% transfer match
