Wealthsimple referral ladder: bonus tiers up to $2,000
The Referral Ladder is an invite only promotion that pays a referrer up to $2,000 based on how much a friend deposits. Most clients are on the standard $25 referral.

What it is
At the time of last verification, a promotion effective June 8, 2026 gave invited referrers an additional bonus based on the friend's net funding from outside Wealthsimple during the 30 day funding period. See the official promotions terms.
Ladder tiers
Referrer total by the friend's net funding in 30 days, at the time of last verification:

Invite only
The referrer must be invited by email from Wealthsimple. Using code LUML7A does not mean the ladder applies. Your friend gets the standard $25 either way.
When it pays
- Base bonus: within 24 hours of qualifying funding.
- Additional bonus: within 14 business days after the funding period ends, or after funds settle.
